As your Member of Parliament, I am putting my full support behind the continuation of the Pain Clinic at Scarborough Hospital.  We need a consultant led service.  GPs and Physiotherapists have a part to play but there is no substitute for the superb service provided by Dr Jones and his team.

Many local people in chronic pain rely on the Pain Clinic services and without it, the future for many of these patients is very bleak.  Indeed, it is a proven fact that patients receiving this vital treatment are able to carry on a full and active working life in many cases.
